We want you to be completely satisfied with your APM Monaco jewelry; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and customization standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original APM Monaco packaging and include the authenticity card to ensure a smooth verification process.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our boutique warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
